Walker was stopped about 12:30 a.m. near Ball Road and Beach Boulevard, according to Anaheim Police.
Walker, 61, was a TV news anchor in Los Angeles and San Diego. She went public with her condition of ectrodactyly, in which fingers and toes are fused together. She became an advocate for disability rights.
