'Quantico' star Priyanka Chopra thrilled with new ABC FBI drama

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The star of the new ABC FBI drama "Quantico" is excited for what's ahead this season.

Priyanka Chopra is thrilled with her latest acting adventure. The "Quantico" star is one of India's biggest stars, with more than 11 million Twitter followers.

She says the show, which looks at the lives of young, attractive FBI recruits, will have its share of, shall we say, intimate moments.

"We are in an academy, and we are boys and girls in almost college, so things will happen. It'll steam up," said Chopra.

Sex, secrets, a suspected sleeper terrorist - Chopra says stuff just keeps coming.

"Every week, I think people are going to be like, 'Oh, that happened because of that!'" said Chopra.

When asked if secrets will be revealed every week, Chopra responded, "Yes, every week. Setups, controversies, everything that we love."

Chopra loves giving 100 percent and then figuring out if she can get some extra credit, too.

"Doing television and managing my career in India where I'm trying to do both, I mean, it's really hard. If somebody asks me where I live now, I say, 'a plane,'" said Chopra. "But I love my job. I consider myself blessed that I wake up every morning and say, "Yes, I have to go to work!"

"Quantico" returns for episode two Sunday at 10 p.m. on ABC7.
