Talk therapy may be effective treatment for insomnia
A new study shows that a type of talk therapy may be a very effective way to turn around insomnia.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A new study shows that a type of talk therapy may be a very effective way to turn around insomnia.



Cognitive behavioral therapy, or CBT, helps people re-frame negative emotions and teaches habits like relaxation that promote sound sleep.
