VILLA PARK, Calif. (KABC) -- Villa Park has been named by the state as having the fourth highest users of water per capita in California. The record-breaking drought is causing the city to face tough water conservation measures.
The city of Villa Park must cut their usage by 35 percent.
Homeowners will soon receive brochures outlining some of the restrictions they must comply to, including watering lawns only two days a week and watering for 15 minutes at a time.
