He had received several parking tickets, and when they totaled $500, his car got the boot.
"Like most folks, I get parking tickets, and like most folks, I paid my fines, but late, late like a lot of other drivers. So it doesn't excuse it, I don't mean to minimize it, but it's not unusual, and it's not something that I will allow to happen again," Cabaldon said.
The Mayor said he's learned a very expensive lesson.
