Nearly half of workers in this country say there's yelling and verbal abuse on the job.
About a quarter of those surveyed say desk rage has made them cry. And, about 17 percent of workers say anger on the job has led to property damage.
And the most serious of all: ten percent say they've seen physical violence and have fear that their workplace might not be safe.
