She claims he's engaged in "obsessive and harassing behavior," including following her around the country and sending her letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts.
Garner says Burky has been stalking her since at least 2002. She says it's gotten worse and she fears for her safety and the safety of her family.
Burky is currently being held in a mental hospital per court order. A hearing will be held Thursday, requesting to make the restraining order permanent.
