FRESNO, Calif. Several of the properties have starting bids as low as $1500. The auction will be held at the Fresno Convention Center starting at 6:30 p.m.

But registration will begin at 5. Prospective buyers need to bring several items, including W-2 forms, a cashier's check, and a checkbook.
