Following his 2008 stalking and harassment conviction, Jordan was told not to try to contact the actress for five years. According to prosecutors, Jordan called her again on Oct. 29 and Oct. 30.
He has pleaded not guilty to charges including stalking and criminal contempt of court. Prosecutors say the 39-year-old told police the calls were drunken mistakes.
