Dodi Wasbotten, 51, made her appearance over a video feed from jail. Wasbotten was arrested Wednesday in connection with a series of armed robberies outside several stores in San Bernardino County.
The victims described the suspect as a gun-toting, grandmotherly woman wearing big sunglasses and a flowery scarf.
Her bail is set at $500,000.
