Fresno County rattled by back-to-back quakes

HURON, Calif.

The first quake measured in at magnitude-4.0 and struck 6 miles south-southeast of Huron at 6:22 a.m. PT.

Less than a minute later, a magnitude-4.1 quake shook the same area, , which is roughly 50 miles southwest of Fresno.

There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries. The quakes came hours after a magnitude-3.5 temblor shook the Los Angeles area.
