Animal services found more than 100 cats living in the home back in March.
Investigators said there was cat feces on the floor and walls, urine soaked on furniture and clothing and litter boxes that were overflowing.
All five adults are charged with two felony counts of child endangerment. If convicted, they could face up to eight years in prison.
